Our Story

We are a husband and wife team (Ruth and Dan) based in Norwich with 4 lovely children. We both work in the NHS and have been running Le Digestif since January 2021.

Our passions are for food, flavour, fermenting, health, gardening, vegetable growing, baking, painting, crafting and sewing.

We are passionate about the environment and will be planting trees to offset our carbon emissions via Ecologi.
